Ingredients:

1 C Wild Rice, Cooked
|
1/3 C Dried Cherries
|
Instructions:

Mix the two Ingredients together and season with salt and pepper
|
Prepare the Pork Chop:
|
Fill each chop with 3 oz. of rice mixture.
|
Brush the chop with butter and season with a mixture of salt, pepper, garlic powder & paprika.
|
Grill Pork Chop over hot coals or hot grill creating cross hatch marks on one side.
|
Carefully flip the chop over so the stuffing does not
fall all over the grill and grill the second side for 2 minutes.
|
Place the chop on a sizzle platter and place in a
preheated 375*F oven for 5-8 minutes or until the desired internal
temperature is achieved
|
Serve with Dried Fruit Chutney and Haserot Culinaire Demi Glace de Veau |
